Creating a Tag

SPECIAL NOTE:  Before creating a tag, please read  What’s the Difference between Groups & Labels (Tags)

Tags allow the User to catalog Branch messages, Intents and Alternatives in the Skyler360 Tree and  categorize Leads. It also allows you to maximize your Search abilities

Tags can be added using the floating ribbon menu available on the right side of the Skyler360 window OR you can use the Settings menu

STEP 1:  To create a Tag from the floating ribbon, click on the Add Tag icon

STEP 2:  Select the Language, Color (click on the icon and the color pallet will appear), Area (Leads or Text Tree) & Field (Group or Label)

STEP 3:  Click the Yes buttons for App Notify, Desktop Notify or Pass Call to Mobile if you want to be notified when Skyler360 receives a Lead with the Tag

STEP 4:  Click Add Tag

 

STEP 5:  To add a Tag from the Skyler360 Menu Bar, roll the cursor over Settings, General and Click on Tags

STEP 6:  Click the + Icon to create a Tag

STEP 7:  Enter the Tag title

 

STEP 8:  Click on the Settings tab

STEP 9:  Select the Color (Click on the icon and the color pallet will appear), Area (Leads or Text Tree) & Field (Group or Label)

STEP 10:  Click the Yes buttons for App Notify, Desktop Notify or Pass Call to Mobile if you want to be notified when Skyler360 receives a Lead with the Tag

STEP 11:  Click Add Tag
