Skyler360 Color Codes the Leads so an Agent can easily target which Leads they have not engaged with in Skyler360 in the last 3 – 9 days
This Color Code notification identifies Leads an Agent can Claim and reach out to the Lead using Skyler360 AI text to engage the Lead and keep the conversation going
After an Agent Claims the Lead and engages the Lead again using Skyler360 AI text, the Lead is Color Coded Green again
The Goal for Agents should be to engage all Leads Color Coded Green, Yellow or Red so the Leads can be Color Coded Blue or Violet indicating the Agent engaged and communicated with the Lead.
