We recommend you call your Skyler360 number to see how Skyler360 will engage and screen your Leads.
To demonstrate the robust power of Skyler360, we suggest you pretend to be a Buyer, not currently working with an Agent and needing financing.
You will notice there is a delay (not immediate as a Bot would be) between the Lead sending a response text to Skyler360 and the next text from Skyler360. This is by design and is done to simulate to the Lead that you are keying the Skyler360 response texts. If there is an extended delay in the Lead’s response to Skyler360’s texts, there will be a similar extended delay in Skyler360’s next response text to the Lead, again to simulate you as an Agent being busy and unable to immediately respond to the Lead’s text.
We also suggest you delete your Lead in Skyler360 and call your Skyler360 number again.
This time when you call pretend to be Seller and not currently working with an Agent.
Finally, we suggest you delete your Lead in Skyler360 and call your Skyler360 number again and pretend to be a Buyer or Seller but this time respond “Yes” when Skyler360 asks if you are currently working with an Agent.
Calling your Skyler360 number and pretending to be a Lead will demonstrate how Skyler360 will be interacting, engaging and screening your Leads so you don’t have to.
